Define the Bench Paths
- In the Setup Schedule > Material Flow > Haulage tab, import the haulage a geometry and create a haulage route.
- Select the Haulage routes tab.
- Select the Bench tab.
- In the Segments data grid, click Select Bench Collections.
- Select the Active check box for all collections that you want to use for the haulage route.
- To set the full velocity on the benches for the entire collection, in each collection row, click in the Full velocity field, and type a value for the velocity of full trucks on the benches.
- To set the empty velocity on the benches for the entire collection, in each collection row, click in the Empty velocity field, and type a value for the velocity of empty trucks on the benches.
- Click OK.
- If you did not define the full and empty velocities for the bench collections in the Select Bench Collections form:
- In the Velocities data grid, click the Full Velocity column for first the point of the first segment.
- Type a value for the full velocity on the segment.
- In the Velocities data grid, click the Empty Velocity column for the last point of the first segment.
- Type a value for the empty velocity on the segment.
- Repeat these steps for all segments in the bench collections.
- If you want to define a change in velocity for any segments of the bench collections:
- In the Velocities data grid, click the Full Velocity column for the point of the segment at which you want to define a new full velocity.
- Type a value for the velocity of a full truck at the point.
- In the Velocities data grid, click the Empty Velocity column for the point of the first segment at which you want to define a new empty velocity.
- Type a value for the velocity of an empty truck at the point.
This becomes the new velocity for all points until the next change in velocity is defined, or until the end of the segment.
This becomes the new velocity for all points until the next change in velocity is defined, or until the end of the segment.
The Select Bench Collections form appears.
The collections you select appear in the Segments data grid.
Tip: If you select a segment in the Segments data grid, the Velocities data grid is filtered to show only the selected segment.
